Who is making those toys, they don't look like McFarlane. They look like they are a smaller scale too. The vehicles look great though.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Five missions released each week, for a ten week period.

Halo 4 will receive 50 Spartan Ops missions, spread over a 10 week period, new information from the Microsoft ExpertZone portal has revealed.

The ExpertZone provides info to retailers.

According to the UNSC Infinity Training documents, Spartan Ops will see five new missions released each week over a period of ten weeks. These 50 missions will complete Season 1 of Spartan Ops, which is free to those buying the game.

These missions are said to provide an additional 12 hours of incremental gameplay, in either single player or cooperative multiplayer.

Do you think it's a bad idea to release the extra content right away? If it was me I would have waited about 2 weeks/month before launching spartan ops. By then people would have finished the campaign and atleast dabbled into multiplayer, or the other way around. I feel it would have given the people better reasons to come back and spread it out over a longer period.

I'm not entirely sure, on one hand the usual Halo player that plays all the modes would have easily waited 2 weeks/months for Spartan Ops, on the other hand you have 3 crowds: "Singleplayer crowd", "Co-op Crowd" and the "Multiplayer Crowd", considering Spartan Ops is definitely geared towards the co-op crowd I think they wanted to launch it off the bat to give each crowd a offering right away.

In the end, I don't think one way or another would have hurt the success or durability of Halo 4. :)

That is a crapload of extra content per week. 343 seems to really be taking over halo and putting in serious amounts of effort to please the fans.

I'm glad and can't wait.
