This laptop is primarily for work use, but I was interested to know if I could run any decent games on it - it definitely looks more powerful than my last one

Can someone tell me how to find/post my specs, and I'll do that- then you guys could suggest whether I'm in any luck?

Specs: 

Processor: AMD A8-3520M APU with Radeon HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~1.6GHz

Memory: 6144MB RAM

Name: AMD Radeon HD 6620G 

Further Specs:

Run dxdiag (type it in the Start Menu and press enter)

Read off the "Processor" and "Memory" on the System tab, and "Name" on the Display tab (i.e. your graphics card name).

Alternately, from your Start Menu, go to Computer -> System properties button in top left which tells you CPU, Memory and your laptop's model number.

You should have dual GPUs, the HD 6620g is only one of them, try and find out what the other one is

Anyway with those specs you should be able to play most games, though most will have to be played on low-medium settings. If you give us some examples of games you'll be playing we can tell you a rough estimate of the settings you'll play at :)

I have no idea if I have duel GPUs, and if I do, how to find them xD

You should definitely be able to play games on that. You can play most MMOs in high settings.
Other games like Skryim should easily run smoothly in mid-high.

Does that mean I'll be able to play Guild Wars 2?
