Ah yes, I forgot about those rumours. Still hoping for a 2D Metroid for 3DS...

I'm very curious about Retro. They did help out with MK7 but that can't be all they've done since DKCR! I guess we'll find out next year.

Also, I hope we get some sort of tease of this getting localized.

Sorry, I've been off, I just finished moving. I did however was able to catch the live tweets of the conference and I did watch the conference myself. I say I give it a 7.5/10. They showed off what I wanted(mostly Pikmin 3, the two Super Mario titles, gave release information on Paper Mario and Luigi's Mansion, and decent third-party support). Out of all the Wii U titles they announced/showed off I am interested in seven of them. I really like the hardware and glad it supports two Gamepads. Can't wait to see how gameplay will fit. So far so good in my view, but it isn't over yet as tonight 3DS software will be shown off. I'm not expecting much, but still going to watch it regardless.
