Experiencing the internet for the first time!

I remember being in the library for a program during the summer of 1995, we received three Packard bell PC and our middle schools was wired, I remember going to yahoo's homepage for the first time, it was awesome.

Also 90's music cannot be touched, not matter what genre moved you,

Gaming during the Clinton years, I remember my dad on the phone with QVC ordering a copy of Donkey Kong Country for christmas and trying to hide it haha.

the PS1 startup music, so dramatic, I was like, we are ushering in a new era

Good times!

Jurassic Park (I was blown away first time I saw it)
PC gaming
Shitty music

  Tifa got MOVES!

Good cartoons, metal music and console games. All of that kind of fell apart about half way through and all I really had were a handful of PC games :/

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

Saturday Night Live (With Dana Carvey, Mike Meyers, Kevin Nealon, Chris Rock, Chris Farley, Adam Sandler, Norm McDonald, Rob Schneider, and John Lovitz--best cast EVER.)

Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, Four Non Blonds, Gin Blossoms, and the whole alternative music scene.

MTV, MTV, and MTV. It wasn't just a channel. It was a way of life. I never had to turn to anything else.

Uncontrollable erections (I was in high school)

Nickelodeon (Nick 'Toons, SNICK, All That, Clarissa Explains it All, etc.)

I forgot one thing informercials! They were a cult hit among university students at the time in Holland because of the campy voice overs. There were only 2 different voices with the most literal translations to dutch, pure comedy. Miracle blades that cut shoes, mobs that wipe up dog shit, juicers that blend bricks, classic night time tv.

Amazing discoveries, the only night time tv in the 90's in holland.

Computer games (sonic), games master, basketball, hip-hop & r&b, pogs, nickelodeon, power rangers, bay watch, gladiators, catch phrase, blind date, just fun fun fun, what an era :))
