The theme is in the second post of the thread... NinPie could have stopped the lynch, if needed, by coming out at that time. So we agree that he outted himself too early.

Assuming prof is town, his timing today wouldn't really matter, just getting the information out does. As prof said D1, he's a top priority night kill regardless of having a power or not. It's in town's best interests to know that some kind of manipulative role exists, be it roleblocker or otherwise.

It would be pretty odd to have both a Janitor and a role that immediately learns what the cleaned body was though.
