Nice! I've been saving up for one myself. Although, at this rate it's more likely I save a baby from the stomach of a coyote than I save up enough money for a PS3.

A tip for when you decide to download a bunch of demos. Set them all to download in the background and then turn off the console through the xmb (all the way on the left) That way it will continue downloading them before shutting down and more importantly it will also install all of them. Biggest pain is waiting for demos to install, it sometimes takes longer then the download itself.

Yes on R&C Crack in time, my favorite platformer hybrid this gen. Stay away from all 4 one though, unless you have kids that fight over the controller during a Ratchet and Clank game.

And if you have a 1080p telly, do yourself a favor and check out the wonderful crispness of native 1080p rendering with Wipeout HD (or even Ridge racer 7 which should be mere pennies by now) GT5 looks great too but you will probably need a whole weekend to download all the updates :)

Also, don't rage for the updates downloads. Some can be as big as 1.5GB.

And the controller takes a long time getting used to, especially in FPS/TPS games - that require aiming.

Really having fun guys. Great addition to my 360. Now can play halo and killzone. Ratchet and fable. Etc etc. Good times.
@ notsan. The controller is more awkward, the stick on left is definately out of place. But Im used to it already, but i agree a few things could be changed. Like the triggers, and left analog stick. But the d pads better than the 360. But yeah kill,one 2 would be very easy with a 360 controller. I've only died once in the game, and that was due to the analogs really.

Anyways. Im having great fun and am very happy i took the plunge. Especially considering the great games are all cheap now to.
Heavy rain is on my radar to play. =)
