That is riddiculous. Final Fantasy X, while a great game, is worse than all of the games on that list except GTA: San Andreas. The rankings SHOULD go like this, if you use that list:
1. Super Mario Galaxy
2. Resident Evil 4
3. Metroid Prime
4. The Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker
5. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
6. Final Fantasy X
7. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Another stupid thing about that list is that they take one game per year, instead of the best games overall. I would argue that games like Super Mario Sunshine, Bioshock, and Metal Gear Solid 2: The Sons of Liberty should be on that list.
