Don't be so mean lol...yeah but the Vita will never get a chance to reach it's potential since it's headed toward PSP go, N-gage, Wonderswan and TurboExpress road of success. ...dude stop your making my stomach hurt from laughing too much.  So from your post, you seem to find success in the PSV selling above the PSP Go? That in itself is an admission of how low of an expectation people have for this machine.

...that is a load of bull crap.  If one is to look 3 years from now the Vita will surely be obsolete if not already.  In regards to the 3DS, it will still continue to be a great handheld machine...despite being technicallly inferior to the Vita and upcoming smartphones.

The S3 uses Android??? That's the problem... the SO uses so much resource... so the specs is high but the overall performance is meh.

Will you do this every time a flagship phone is released?

Where is the 1080p screen by the way?

Anyway, the raw power doesn't mean anything, especially when it comes to gaming (s3 will own any electronic device in all the other things for sure). PSP games are still looking better than %99.9 mobile phone games except for the very few big budget games. And on touch screens the controls will always be crap.

If I had to choose between the two, I would choose S3, cause i can use it as a game platform, and also as a phone.

Isn't the 3DS already surpassed by smartphones in terms of raw power? If so then why do a thread about PSV's raw power? Why only suggest PSV should be a smartphone when the same could be said about 3DS, if it's just about power?

Is it because PSV is selling so badly? the reason for that isn't because it's not a phone. The reason for PSV not selling is: lack of major system selling games, and price. Perhaps if Vita had the el-cheapo and free games that are available for smartphones It would be a selling feature. It doesn't need to be a phone though. Kinda surprised they don't have a dual boot option: Boot up Android for apps, boot up Vita for Vita games.

Funny thing is, people are flocking to pay double the price (nearly) of a PSV but people are looking at PSV as a dog for the price it's being charged. Apps and phonecalls / texting really make people willing to pay kinda crazy prices. But that's because people have been trained to pay high prices for phones.

Its a silly comparison, one of these days I will make a thread comparing iPad with the 3DS. An eye for an eye.
