I do not understand this contract stuff. I just buy a new phone when I think I need it/want it. I still have my phone from 2008 and don't plan on upgrading anytime soon!

In America we have 2 year Contracts/Off-Contract. If you buy a phone on contract you have to pay an ETF if you want to get a new one. If you are off contract you pay more for a phone (Unlocked prices) but you don't have to pay an ETF to get another phone.

Looks very nice.
I'm still rocking the Nexus S. I recently got ICS on it; really loving it so I'm cool till the next Nexus phone at least. Or maybe this if I can get it cheap.

The design looks very cheap in my opinion. HTC seems to know more about the design aspect of a phone.
