Basically, their strong point is having whatever's in Rare's back catalog. I'd love to play an MS fighter simply because it has that history going for it. Hell I'd play a Rare-only fighter if I had to.

Forza: high rez Ferrari

MS could easily. Smash Bros and PS Allstars have 3rd party characters. If they were going to do it I think it should be MS characters instead of just Xbox so it could have stuff from the entire history of PC gaming and even characters like Microsoft Bob and Clippy. MS actually ones a ton of ips so it would be easy to put together a Nintendo-like roster.
