I have never been so scared in my life, so for the next week or so i just slept with my lite on.

A joke thread?

Well if not? Ive experienced wierd things happen in my house, when I was around 6 years old, I always woke up near mid night, and I always see a walking white figure, and I start to cry. Then I go back to sleep.

NJ5Test, the fact he was able to scream and react really doesnt suggest Sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis although can be explained for many odd things people experience such as alien abduction and ghostly encounters...

Its could be the beginning stages of REM state however.

The only time I think I saw a ghost was at an old lighthouse. I went up to the bedroom with my brother and we looked around, we saw the mirror was foggy so we looked at it more closely and we saw an image of what appeared to be someone else's face. It was pretty freaky. Apparently a lot of people see it in the mirror and say it is of the old lighthouse care taker.
