Some townies are just more agressive than others, so him asking for a role-claim and calling out the use of riddles in the presence of a (now I know) fake lie-detector isn't all that shady. But that's just the pov of a re-tard. Take it with a grain of lard.
Pie, @quote-trees, it's okay this thread just needs a tiny sinch of order and we'll be on for a fun game. Just to help, here's an example of unnecessary quote trees: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=4527294 Thanks for not getting upset. |
The whole point is the nature of the game.
What do mafia want to do? They want to lynch townies. If I lynch a townie, will people think I'm scum? Yes. So how do I prevent people from thinking I'm scum? Make up a reason why the vote makes sense. This is also why I asked you earlier how it is more townie to make up evidence than it is for mafia (referring to myself and your accusation).
So, in conclusion, a mafia votes for people using reasons that aren't so dissimilar from reasons that townies may use. However, sometimes a person might say, hey you know that reason you used, it wasn't a very good one. And then mafia will have to explain and if they can't they'll be lynched. So, oftentimes, it is a smart thing to do to use a line of reasoning that basically says "it doesn't matter if this person is town or mafia we need to get rid of them".
