I don't feel like I have the experience to say anything anymore, but the reason why I don't think it's shady is because everyone, whatever their alignment, would like a role-claim. Some townies are just more agressive than others, so him asking for a role-claim and calling out the use of riddles in the presence of a (now I know) fake lie-detector isn't all that shady. But that's just the pov of a re-tard. Take it with a grain of lard.

Pie, @quote-trees, it's okay this thread just needs a tiny sinch of order and we'll be on for a fun game.

Just to help, here's an example of unnecessary quote trees:

Thanks for not getting upset.

The whole point is the nature of the game.

What do mafia want to do? They want to lynch townies. If I lynch a townie, will people think I'm scum? Yes. So how do I prevent people from thinking I'm scum? Make up a reason why the vote makes sense. This is also why I asked you earlier how it is more townie to make up evidence than it is for mafia (referring to myself and your accusation).

So, in conclusion, a mafia votes for people using reasons that aren't so dissimilar from reasons that townies may use. However, sometimes a person might say, hey you know that reason you used, it wasn't a very good one. And then mafia will have to explain and if they can't they'll be lynched. So, oftentimes, it is a smart thing to do to use a line of reasoning that basically says "it doesn't matter if this person is town or mafia we need to get rid of them".

unvote: Hatmoza. I got owned.

Why is that? He's still acting like he's the king of the world and like he wants a lot of the townies out.

How do you know they're townies?

And what magical delight have you pulled from your ass this time Prof? A whole post dedicated to my vote against Basil? How delightfully insignificant.

At the Trucks and Radish fiasco: Although I understand where Truck's is coming from, but his case against Radish is too psychological. And frankly, yes, I'm not supporting you crusade against him. I'd rather lynch Basil and get this day over with.

Let's see how insignificant it really is.

This day isn't going anywhere, btw.
Sorry to break it to you.

finally he said it loud and clear

Don't get downtrodden dolphin.
You're new to this game so you don't understand things so well yet.
Insults are just a part of the game, so you'll have to learn to bear with them.

Look at the bright side, I can't possibly see how you could be mafia with the reaction you had to this entire situation.
That HELPS town.

Jesus! You guys totally crushed Basil's spirit in his first game!

About a dozen games ago, I asked a player if they were ready for my abuse. They responded, "is there any other abuse?"
