OK, after thinkin gabout it, I'd be more suspicious of nen except that radish's claims and lies and supposed actions are adding up to soulnd like complete bullshit. It seems much more likely that he created or was fed that false claim than that he's actually a random kill/save doc that has had 3/4 saves.
