Well, in the anime Jigglypuff normally puts people to sleep and draws on their faces with a marker pen - if I ran this round, I would probably make Jigglypuff the serial killer for this reason. I think I was just overly paranoid though, because I forgot that not that many players in this round are super-familiar with Pokemon

If I had to guess I would say Jigglypuff is the role blocker. He puts people to sleep at night so that they can't actually use their power. It makes perfect sense. Why he thought people would think he is a serial killer, I have no idea. Unless, he actually is one...
