If anything, he is more known for his ability to fly at amazing speeds and his use of hyper beam. So naming a Pokemon doesn't mean anything because Pokemon can learn hundreds of moves. I've rereading Day One pezus and I've noticed a pattern with his votes and it's that once he moves to a new target he acts like there's no doubt in his mind that this new person is Mafia:
