The analyst reports that I've been seeing on Nintendo WiiU seem to be more and more implausible.  The latter one about Activision and Konami boycotting WiiU, in particular, sounds very strange and implausible to me.  I almost have a feeling the guy who reported that was just making it up just to stir another rumor.

I don't know why these sites have to treat these "analyst" BS reports as actual stories to spread on the net, as they're hardly news.

I personally think the whole thing involving Activision and Konami not supporting WiiU is a complete lie IMO.  They said the same thing at first with Capcom distancing themselves from 3DS and look at how that turned out.  So... I'm guessing that this rumor will be torn to shreds too.

I did, but I couldn't tell if people were actually BELIEVING the whole rumor or genuinely calling foul on the analyst, because it can get REALLY confusing at times.

I did in fact check both, and yes, I agree wholeheartedly; there's no way either company will pass up WiiU based on the sales they've accumulated.  Why, didn't Konami just release a port of METAL GEAR SOLID 3 on 3DS?  If that's the case, then I can't see why we won't see METAL GEAR SOLID HD COLLECTION on WiiU.  Ditto SILENT HILL.

Activision I'm less enthusiastic about, but I know they are a respected publisher.
