The issues with VGC on the desktop IE10 are:

Slow draw/fill of content on the Web site, primarily in the threads.
Work around: enable Compatibility View
This is also an issue with IE9.

Cannot properly quote and comment, there is no ability to comment.

Cannot properly reply by hitting the Reply button, an error message occurs when hitting Submit.

If Compatibility View is enabled, the second comment is hidden by ads that wraps regardless of screen width.
World around: disable Compatibility View
This is also an issue with IE9.

If Compatibility View is enabled, the Reply, Quote, Report, and View Post buttons are full-width of the thread section of the site. A work around isn't logical in this instance, because if you disable compatibility view, then the Reply and Quote button functions do not operate properly.

But sureley people dont still use IE, if ther in to tech enough to come on a gaming site? If there are people using it out of loyalty to MS or the xbox brand or somethign stupid, do yourslef a favour and get chrome, and be amazed out how much faster pages load.

Was a sad day earlier this week, to find out the way MS have designed WinRT for tablets means there will be no other viable browsers except IE on it, i know apple do something similar meaning all iPad browsers are based on webkit, but i was hopeing MS were better than that.
