Bet you didn't see this coming(actually it's quite obvious). Time for another "For Vita?" Thread! You know what this is about! This about Grand Theft Auto for the Playstation Vita! This is one of the most wanted games on the system right now and it's been rumored for some time about it's arrivel. Though to this day we haven't had a confirmation of the game existance, we still can dream and retailers can still put placeholders. So what's your thoughts on this game?

My thoughts: It will be interesting to see this game on the system. It may be a new title, but we know Grand Theft Auto V is currently in development and set for release in 2013. It may in fact be Grand Theft Auto V, but if Sony wants franchises on their system ASAP, it's better to make a remake of the most popluar title in the series(whatever it may be.)

Highly probable. Both the PSP and DS got GTA games. I'd much prefer a new title as opposed to say a San Andreas or Vice City remake.

My guess would be something like Chinatown wars and will probably come out for the 3ds as well. I really hope its not just a straight port of the console versions of GTAV though.

It will be tied to IV... Not good at all... :(

I thought Chinatown Wars was terrible, felt like a large step backwards from the Stories games for PSP

As for a stories based on IV, that would be fine, they are just taking the city, not necessarily the story and style (though I really liked GTA, and the expansions were great). But I am definitely expecting a full 3D GTA on Vita within the next few years.

There was a listing on Play.com for San Andreas Nights, so maybe a title based in San Andreas is a good possibility and does sound nice to me
