The posts you quoted were the sparks that started the fire. If we had been idle and just voted the worst ones down first, Nintendo would have been near the top.

Are you saying that in retalliation the Fans of other companies saw this and thought to themselves that this could/would happen so they started to vote down Nintendo? Okay, seems right. I suggest you talk to TheProf and TrollWhisperer about how they started this all.
