In the pool currently is meat according to day start.
Meat was never picked up at dawn.
if trucks had found an item at twilight, it would be meat. Because thays what we were told.
He cant discard the meat until day. Since meat is in the pool at dawn he doesnt have it.
Alternatively, he picked up what item?

Twice now you've mentioned the scum team probably being very experienced. An experienced scumteam doesn't shoot FF night one. I do not kick up dust and "confirm" him to be town(and by similar logic starting out vanilla at the least) just to turn around and shoot him, nor would I allow anyone on my team to do such. noname, maybe, but I don't put stock in your theory.

I think there's a part of the process you don't understand.
Day 1
Truck has nothing, moreno has Meat, Final-Fan has nothing
Twilight 1
Truck gets Spark Flint, moreno dies a loses his Meat, Final-Fan gets Scrap Zinc
Night 1
Truck sleeps, moreno rots, Final-Fan dies
Day 2
Truck discards Spark Flint, moreno decomposes, Final-Fan rots

I think i finally understand what you're trying to say.....i think.
You're forgetting that items can be discarded at anytime. So any items that were discarded day 1 would enter the pool no ?
