Yes but his crime was 'inciting racial hatred', that wasn't a racist tweet.

Yeah they are not beyond the law...but these tweets do not break the law. Being racist is not illegal.

That's what I'm saying. While being racism is dumb, it's not illegal. Besides, people say stupid things some times or tell stupid jokes that they know aren't true or they don't truly believe, but that doesn't mean they are racist.
