Well one the Amiga games also came out on a bunch of other platforms, and the other one has the dev studio in the screen so shouldn't be that hard to track down. 3 are DOS games and 1 is a megadrive game.
I grew up on Amiga and later DOS/Megadrive myself

Oh man, I didn't see your number 6!
That's the amazing Master of Orion, one of my favourite Space sims games
@Ryan
That japanese text game is far from being a Dragon Quest game
. Oh well, since no one's going to figure out two of the games I posted (the F1 looking game on my first posting and that one on my second, here go their names:)
(Ayrton Senna Super Monaco Gran Prix II - Megadrive)
(Twisted Tales of Spike Mcfang - Super Nintendo)

Indeed. Not only it coined the term 4X, it was amongst the best ever made (probably the only other to come close was Alpha Centauri).

Well that looks like Freespace 2...

Told you there was some easy ones there
That was taken with the Freespace 2 Open Source Project which adds tons of graphical enhacements (plus allows you to use some amazing mods, like the Babylon Project, my personal favourite). FS2 is basically the best space simulator I ever played and one of the few games I constantly install on any new PC I get.
