Forums - Microsoft - Update: Dragon’s Lair for XBLA. First Xbox Live Arcade game to support both Kinect and Xbox 360 controller

Eurogamer

Vintage Laserdisc interactive adventure Dragon's Lair is coming to Xbox 360, judging by a new PEGI listing.

The ratings board listing, as spotted by VG247, lists the publisher as Microsoft Ireland Research. That's the same Microsoft outpost behind Alan Wake's American Nightmare, Trials Evolution, Ms. Splosion Man and Retro City Rampage, suggesting it will likely be an XBLA release.

No release date is mentioned.

If it does indeed appear on the system, it will be the 37th platform that the game has been released on.

The Don Bluth-animated title first appeared on Laserdisc back in 1983 and has been ported to pretty much every single piece of hardware released since.

I'll consider buying it if they add online multiplayer and co-op split screen campaign.

Dragon’s Lair is coming to Xbox LIVE Arcade from Microsoft Studios and Digital Leisure. What you might not know is that the game is going to be the first XBLA game EVAR to support both Kinect and the Xbox 360 controller. That’s right, you can control Dragon’s Lair the old fashioned way with your controller, but for an all new Dragon’s Lair experience, you can use Kinect.
