As Twilight is best pony, the first thing I did after admitting that I liked the show was look up who did her voice. Talwyn from Ratchet & Clank, and Risha and Holiday from SWTOR specifically. She also had a minor role in KOTOR. Then there's the obvious Timmy from The Fairly Odd Parents and Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls (which I hadn't watched until FiM).

Yeah. She's currently my favourite voice actress. Wikipedia has a great list for anyone who's curious to see what all she's done.
