It's a commercial shown during the first episode about plastic deformable goo stuff. For some reason the community is running with it as a meme. There was nothing actually funny about the commercial:

Just finished watching season premier episodes. It was good, and there were many things that happened that I didn't expect, such as when Twilight shifted gravity. I enjoyed that surprise.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.
