So you and all these industry people have nothing better to do but read some posts that some mentally challenged person(as you seem to claim) wrote? That's pretty sad, when i see crazy or unstable people i ignore them since i have enough intelligence to do so.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

I highly doubt he talks to "industry professionals" who say things such as:

"It's because the Wii is the smallest console hence the cheapest to develop for. You can fit less data in it, due to its size, so you don't need as many people. Fucking obvious really."

As that makes no sense. The Wii is the cheapest to develop for because it has lower SPECS. It has very little to do with storage constraints. It can't handle higher res textures, higher polygon count models, highly advanced AI or Physics, etc etc, which means less development costs due to less programmers, artists, animators, etc etc etc...

Oh yeah. Nice traffic bait there spanky...

You idiot, you're completely wrong.

Everyone knows that the Wii is easiest to develop for because its DVD drive spins backwards.

Buncha f***in' morons around here, I tell ya. Not like me and my buddies.

*high fives imaginary friend and then crushes beer can on head*

No dude! Obviously, since the Wii is smaller, it has less extra space to cool down the inside, therefore constantly overheating the thing, and making developing for it EVEN HARDER!

HIGH FIVE!

No way, the reason why the Wii is easy to develop for is because developers can just throw their own feces at the console and hope that it'll materialize into a game. If it does, congratulations, it'll be published the next day.

So wait, who's the fanboy here?

Ooh brilliant insult, next we're going to be Nazi's - you can just tell.

Bruce, I think you need to learn that if you go onto any forum anywhere and as a new member act like you own the place and be a complete and utter wanker to veteran users you will be attacked quite simply because you deserve it.

If Bruceongames is any measure on what it takes for a man to become a professional in the videogame industry, leo-j can look into having a very, very bright future.

Ouch. That one hurt from all the way over here.

And besides, the Wii is cheaper to develop for because when typing up the pitch for your game, you only need to type 3 letters (two of which are the same), as opposed to typing multiple letters AND numbers. The time this saves can take thousands of a project's budget.

Uh...and you assume it's somebody from this site?

Details: FJ-warez

Ok, great, FJ warez, a member on this site, (as well as multiple other sites I'm SURE), visited your site, and made an assertion about the Wii and why it's cheaper to develop for. He's wrong, and his post didn't make much sense, but
A) you could have corrected him,
B) FJ Warez does not equal VGChartz, I make tons of posts under BenKenobi88 on various other sites, that does not mean I am a VGChartz representative, and
C) I don't understand why you're even mad...his post wasn't even that bad, it was just misinformed. Please continue high-fiving your buddies.

At last we are getting somehere. One of you fanboys posted crass stupidity to my site. And presumably thought that he was right. But now even you can see what an idiot he was. Which reveals the level of knowledge that is seen on the posts from fanboys on here. Precisely zero.

Incisive and erudite blog by game industry professional.

Ooh, good point. The entire word can even be typed on one row of keys. That's gotta save some time, too.
