Forums - Gaming - Based on this chart, the healthiest video game in the world is...

Based off that chart, i would have to say the healthiest video game you can play is Little Big Planet 2 in create mode with a friend of friends.

1.) Requires incredible amounts of repeated actions (that strengthen Brain Cells responsible for memory and learning.

2.) Dramatically strengthens the Prefrontal Cortex due to the intense logic potential the games Create mode presents.

3.) High dopamine levels from learning the many thousands of uses for each logic piece in create mode and the millions of ways they work together.

4.) Little to no Human based violence (human killing human) that can cause the same aggresive mood swings and anxiety present in games like Call of Duty.

5.)  Game has the potential to require very high levels of teamwork. (2x-4x player required sections and team developed levels in create mode)

6.)  Create Mode dramatically improves ones abilityies to learn and solve problems with little to no previously acquired knowledge on the given subject (level creation logic)

LBP is cool.

I would maybe say then that Demons Soul is good as well right? Takes many many hours to perfect and it is hard. So it must use a lot of brain power to get through it. There are many games like that though. Ones where you have to sit and just think for a while to figure out how you are supposed to do something. As you play more and more games it gets easier, but that is the same with anything. Do Calculus enough and it will be easy. Only so many different ways you can do it.

I would think that Demon's Souls goes both ways. I broke a controller playing Demon's Souls one time out of agression (actually...I just dropped the controller because I was so mad and the plastic between the R1 and R2 button broke off  :/)

Same break in my first PS3 controller :O

Mine was in SF4 about 2 years ago. My brother threw my controller after a good hour of SF4 with me XD Controller still works just fine. Worn down but in working condition.

I actually considered Demon and Dark souls but they do instill aggression which is a negative on the "Good for brain" scale lol
