I am thinking Killzone 4 to be a launch PS4 title.
In order to brag about the GFX.

Kind of hoped for KZ4 to be a PS4 launch title as it was evident with KZ3 the hardware was holding them back, but hey could be good.

I agree. Liberation was something fresh, not a dumbed down ps2 game. Sad to see Killzone Vita is just like a console shooter.

Really? Garbage? I like it. I think the fiction is very cool, KZ3 plays wonderfully and they look beautiful :)
Imo the best news out of this is that Guerilla have grown and are now a fantastic developer capable of making more than 1 game at a time (Kz 2 and 3 were great)
Were probably looking at KZ4 for PS4, KZ Vita, and new IP for PS3 (E3 reveal). I remember the news of Guerilla working on a new IP goes back to mid last year. It would make sense to establish the new IP this gen, and continue it on on future platforms because eventually Killzone will have to be let go.

I bought into the KillZone 2 hype and purchase the game day 1. After playing threw the first half of the game its just seem slow paced and very boring. I'm currently playing Resistance 2 right now which I'm enjoying a lot and then maybe I give KillZone 2 a second chance. As a series I don't know why Sony pushing it so hard. Sony right now don't really need two first party FPS series and they can afford to drop KillZone.

Alright, I guess with KZ2 it can go both ways, mainly because of the weighty controls. But I think KZ3 is brilliant, defnitely has more mass appeal than the 2nd.
I don't think SONY is pushing it that hard, they didn't for 3 at least, but I would imagine they will for KZ4 as it will probably be a big, possibly launch title for PS4 as Resistance is over on Home-consoles unless it's handed over to another dev.

I think it would be the best for Sony to release Killzone 4 for the PS3 and the new one for the next generation. It would be a great opportuniy for the PS4 (or howerver it will be called) to promote a new IP on a new Plattform with less competition. Just like they did with Uncharted: Drakes Fortune for the PS3, but I´am expecting some totally new IP´s form Sony for the next gen anyway and this could be one of them.
