saw this a while ago (last year I think) but damn I'm happy we left Australia (because of all the freaky spiders) but love the country though.

damn those 8 legged freaks! some are very cool though

Edit: as much as people hate spiders they are good for us (unless they bite us that is and are deadly) they eat a lot of the other insects that are annoying as hell

I've been contemplating for the past half hour if I should visit this topic... I finally did and it wasn't all too bad. I still hate spiders, though. Some pictures are f*n crazy creepy. What the hell.

AHHHH!! I'm not too scared of spiders but if they catch me by surprise I get a little fright! I like to catch them though and release them outside. It takes a lot more skill to capture and release one than it does to smash one!

Kinda surprised how many of your are scared of spiders.... I'll admit I wouldn't want one in my room while i was sleeping, but other than that I like them.

Then again, here in the UK there aren't any dangerous spiders.

I don't think its a fear of spiders but a normal fear of 1,000 spiders covering every square inch of land in front of you.
