Me neither. I'd like to see at least one confident enough to try and defend and explain the reasoning behind their position.

I would'nt mind a bill like this being passed here in the UK.

I have taken this quote directly from an article

If thats all its about then i fully support it. But it depends what they mean by "propaganda".
