VgChartz should have their own clan community for online games for each of the 3 systems.  We would then be able to challenge other gaming forums that have clans and could even hold tournaments with other gaming communities.

What are your thoughts on this idea? Thoughts and comments are appreciated. 

I already play with Blade of Kaim and Dodece on Xbox Live, the more the merrier, clan system might be nice.

No, it's not. It is a video game data site which happens to have a forum. The last thing we want is clan wars ruining the civil discussion and having a bajillion threads on random made-up-in-one-day-at-school content with the vague cover of being a fan project.

If you want networking based loosely on video games, go and set up your own forum but don't interfere with mine.

how would having a clan mess up a forum and i was talking about Vgchartz having a clan as a whole, not individual clans. If you don't want to network, why are you even posting on a forum in the first place, just look at the sales data and stop posting. Also most posts on the forum have to do with videogames but not sales... so what you are saying is just irrelevant

Game_boy your negative feelings towards clans is not shared with me.

I would like to have a clan based off of the video game community that exists on this site because I would believe that such a group would be above petty things like clan wars.

I'm up for the idea, of playing video games together and talking about data and video game statistics.
