Now I'm a nice guy, and online sometimes I do things that aren't effecient to me winning just because I want to have a good time/feel bad if others aren't. I revive people in battlefield if it means me dying or missing out on a nearby double kill on the enemy. I throw matches in fighting games, or try and make it close but then let them win so they won't feel like I'm letting them win when I realize the person is just a newcomer, I make it my goal to help my teammates if they're in trouble in any MP  game with a horde mode variant.

BUT no everyone likes to lose. Not everyone feels the same way. Here's the thread where we post some of the most hateful/funny hate mail we have recieved when playing online. You can also post accusations and questionable statements other people have sent to you.

I get so many hate messages playing MW3 it's ridiculous. The most absurd part is many of them are written in Spanish, French or German, so I have to plug it into a translator on my laptop to see how I'm being insulted. The poor translations of the insults only makes it even more humorous.

I get hate messages in U3 sometimes and in Dark Souls, sometimes people try adding me as well.

Firstly MW3, I get so many types of ridiculous hate messages from time to time its funny, many of them are just because I just outclassed them or was more efficient. The highlight though was this one game, this guy in my team got Juggernaut (offense) and left his care package to go get a kill or something. I normally don't really care for teammates' CPs and I don't take enemy CPs since it could be a trap. But this time I saw the package lying there with no one taking it and I saw the Jugg icon, so naturally I took it before the enemy got to it. But as soon as I took it the guy got back and started knifing me, shooting me and going absolutely ballistic. He even sent me a message calling me all kinds of names lol. I actually did feel bad later, and so I generally avoid CPs even more now lol.

As for fighting games, I play quite a lot of those as well (Blazblue, KoF, etc). So if I see someone who is a newbie, I just use a sub character rather than my main. But I like to play with the other guy's mind sometimes. The first round I barely do much, press random buttons out of order and don't do any combos making myself look like a complete noob and let the other guy win while devastating me(but I don't make it too obvious by taunting, then they realize I'm not being serious). He thinks I suck at the game. Next round I make the battle a bit more close by doing a few simple combos and make sure to win, so the guy thinks I just warmed up but he still thinks he can beat me, so gets his game face on. Now the third round, I go completely relentless and beat the crap out of the other guy and end the game with the ultimate finisher completely shattering the guy's self-belief lol. Oh man so much fun.
