I don't think politics belong on this forum, however I will weigh in.

Calling someone an idiot for watching X News network is like calling someone an idiot for playing the Wii. It's a vast generalization. Some people watch all news channels in an attempt to get the least biased coverage possible.

It is undeniable that MSNBC leans as much left as FoxNews leans right, and it is undeniable that the Liberal Right-Wing Consipracy jargon is just as nutty as the Right Wing-Secular-Progressive Conspiracy jargon.

You can cherry pick either side. The Bush administration lied about the war. The ACLU defends NAMBLA against partents of slain children. To be a nut either way is the same thing as being a fanboy of a console.

It's ugly, mean spirited, silly, and hypocritical hatespeech and it makes me sick to hear it from either side.

I know I haven't been here long, but lock this thread imo. No political discussion is a good political discussion, and this is already getting ugly and offensive.
