Forums - Nintendo - Wii Fit weighs into North America on May 20?

Well piss, I was expecting to have already had this game for more than a week. ;_;

Is this a game or another exercise equipment?

Isn't that a given, though? Americans are notorious for obesity. Not that all Americans are overweight, but enough are to warrant a more weight-friendly design.

I don't mind that release date for Wii Fit at all. It gives me time to find a spot in this cramped house for the Balance Board. No need to have a Wii fit over it. (Bad pun, I know...)

Sky Render - Sanity is for the weak.

is it confirmed that they are making a version for US that will hold larger people?

It wouldn't surprise me if they are. If the wait limit is 300lbs then they only get like 70% of the population.

Kidding =P.. and whatever if it comes out in May.

I can see that "Tony hawk" + "balance board" would be an awesome combination. I can't wait until they start using the balance board to all its glory.

Balance board + wiimote = Skiing fun! I know there is a simple ski game in WiiFit. But think about SSX. Ski using the balance board. On a jump, hold different combinations of buttons for different tricks, etc.

theres a ski one, and a snowboarding one (virtually the same, but you put the board on its side).. both look very promising from the vids on wiifolder.com
