Tried not to post too much, but I'm missing a lot of great ones. The 90's had some pretty good music; of course not nearly as good as the 60's/70's/80's.

Red Hot Chili Peppers: Under The Bridge

Barenaked Ladies: One Week

Sugar Ray: Every Morning

The Wallflowers: One Headlight

U2: Mysterious Ways

Smashing Pumpkins: 1979

The Proclaimers: I'm Gonna Be (500 miles)

Santana: Smooth

Smash Mouth: All Stars

The Verve: Bitter Sweet Symphony

Blur: Song 2

Well Obviously you beleive the previous gens were better because 80% of the songs you posted are the uttermost of the dog shit, lol. Hell Half of the music I've seen posted seemed like someone did a google search on 90's music. Here's a handful of good one's.

Mother Love Bone - Chloe Dancer/ Crown Of Thorns

Alice In Chains - Sludge Factory (unplugged)

Blind Melon - Galaxie

Nirvana - Heart Shaped Box

Mother Love Bone - Chloe Dancer/Crown Of Thorns

Red Hot Chili Peppers -My Friends

Our Lady Peace - Naveed

Pearl Jam -Go

Smashing Pumpkins - Tonight Tonight

Nine Inch Nails -Hurt

Radiohead - Paranoid Android

Soundgarden - Pretty Noose

Pixies - Distance Equals Rate Times Time

Here are some of the most popular songs of the 90's that still Rock Today...
90's was a decade where even mainstream music was not half bad.

I think me adding Backstreet Boys will some of you hate me but admit it, back in the late 90's you secretly liked at least one of their songs.

While I don't like the song you included, I still have a couple of Backstreet Boys songs on my iPod. While we're talking about pop songs of the 90s, I'll include a Spice Girls song:

May You Die A Horrible Death For Including That Song In A Great 90's Music List!!!!!!!   :P

Ah the 90s:

Temple of the Dog- Hunger Strike

Temple of the Dog- Say Hello to Heaven

Chris Cornell is just one of the greatest voices in rock history, but tie that in with Eddie Vedder and you have me dreaming. Love Temple of the Dog.

Stone Temple Pilots- Creep

Alice in Chains- Would?

Pearl Jam- Jeremy

Candlebox- Far Behind
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWhXyNL74yI

Foo Fighters- Monkey Wrench
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7rCNiiNPxA&ob=av2e

And then of course can't leave this without my other love of the 90s outside of grunge... Green Day.

Green Day- Basket Case

Green Day- Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnQ8N1KacJc&ob=av2e

You have to admit though, Andy Wood was definately in the same league as those two.

Well considering 3 of the songs I included are about him, then yea haha.  I just think because he died so young into his career, just never was able to show just how good he was.  So that is why he doesn't get the same credit as some of the others, but he should be up there with them.  If people like Chris Cornell and Layne Staley think he was that good, then that is reason enough for me to agree haha.

One of the best rap recordings of all time. R.I.P Biggie.

This is actually my favorite song.

What's that look for? You never specified the century.

I have 311 down so no one needs to bother.  I'll add more of their 90s song later.  I'll try not to get their past 2000 songs listed.   Actually, I'm going to put a few songs from their From Chaos album (2001).  Sorry, I have to considering it has Amber on it...  I'll stop at that album though.

I am pulling songs from these albums...

Music (1993)
Grassroots (1994)
311 (1995)
Transistor (1997)
Soundsystem (1999)
From Chaos (2001)

Pretty much all their cds are loaded with good songs and there are few misses.  So you can pretty much put the cd in (90s) and let it play.
