Microsoft said that the individual app updates will be rolled out after the dash update. So Zune etc will have an update shortly.
They had to update the dash first.

You only have to live with it for 2 years before another update, don't worry!

Ah ok. I thought Zune was part of the dashboard since the metro update, but you're right it's still a separate app.

I wonder what went wrong that each app has to fix it separately.

Looks like in USA the games marketplace is now really awesome, you can search individually for each genre, be arcades or indies... really cool.

Unfortunately on Europe, at least in my UK account nothing yet... My Brother Portuguese Account and nothing yet aswell.

Hmm, I think that was already there? I've had something like that over the holidays ...

The update was to fix the black levels on the dashboard and apps.
