Forums - Website Topics - Redirecting Console Fanboyism Into Vgchartz Fanboyism!!

We've all seen blogs, articles, and writers questioning the reliability of vgchartz numbers. I have, and seen many other users, post and reply in comment sections defending the site, but sadly usually those comments get lost in a sea of other comments.

So this idea came to me.. why not organize a group of vgchartz loyalist to post on every new blog or article with a comment section that questions the numbers. If six, eight or even dozens of vgchart users post the same basic message then maybe people who question the site will take a closer look. This would also help traffic for this site.

General guidelines of these loyalist would be no flaming trolling or negative comments, including vgchartz.com link if possible, and stating a reason why its reliable.

We should only concetrate on new articles that are a few hours old. People including writers/journalist check the first couple comments and then usually ignore the flamming and trolling that follows the articles, so anything to old will probably be ignored by most people.

This blog on Wired.com was put up 1 hour ago, I've already stated a comment (see G.E.'s comment).

It's a pretty good example of what we would need to look for.

We can use this thread to add new sources of articles, or just to say what you've posted
