That sucks for Mario and Zelda in Japan: Mario Party crosses a million, but not those two?! Looks like North America and Others will have to carry the load.

Also, I think Wii Fit will be the next 4 million seller.

Zelda simply does not do well in Japan. Not just the Wii Zelda.

And Galaxy is picking up steam after a slow start, it will have long long Japanese legs (as well as the rest of the world).

I agree Wii Fit will be on a VERY fast track to 4 Mil once it released in NA & Others. It would be selling even better than it's already stellar performance in Japan if it wasn't supply constrained.

 Except for Zelda (good game but its legs are about gone), I would say all the games on that list plus Mario Kart, Wii Fit, and SSBB will all easily make 5 million.  The only one I would be worried about is MP8 but since MP9 hasn't been announced yet I'm not too worried about it.

Now lets just wait to see what games this generation (DS, PS3, PSP, Wii, 360) reach 10 million.

Its good to see Nintendo's games selling well, these numbers should at least remind Nintendo that 'traditional' games can sell on Wii and of course fund new projects. Lets hope Twilight Princess's numbers convince Nintendo to bring another Zelda game to Wii.

While it is nice to see that many games over 4 million, it would be nice to see a third party in the list. Mario and Sonic may have a chance. I doubt Resident Evil 4 will get there. It's at about 1.2 million last time I checked. The Ps2 version, the one one the system with the largest userbase, is at 2 million I thought. If it could beat the gamecube version which is at 1.6 at this moment it would be incredible.

There are still a good number of third party games over 500k and 1 million.

What games will make 10M+ by the EoG?

There are some reasonably safe bets; Wii Zelda, Mario Kart, SSBB, SMG, Wii Fit, Wii Sports (already there) and Wii Play but anybody got some more far out predictions?

I think Twilight Princess will hit 5 million on the Wii. It jumped way up the charts for the holiday. What that tells me is that a good chunk of new Wii console owners are looking for it when they get a system. I think same thing will happen every time the system gets a boost. Plus these games haven't even hit greatest hits or other pricedrops yet. Remember that this big titles will still be on the mind of those unable to find a system when they finally get one.

My RE4 prediction was wild but if Wii hits 100 million+ and Capcom keeps making great RE games for the Wii those new users are going to want more after they finish the current one and no one I know has ever regretted buying it.

As for EoG 10 million. I predict WiiSports, WiiPlay as they are basically there. Galaxy will make it along with Smash, Kart and WiiFit. A well-done Pokemon could hit 10 as well as animal crossing. Also just for some wild predictions I will say Kingdom Hearts 3 and DQ10.
