After seeing the new trailer today I seeing how positive people are over it.

I believe if market right ( some pack -ins maybe). Hudsons Deca Sports could very well be the new wiisports.

You probably want to know why ? A few reasons:

1 The game is just pick up and play

2 The game has a wiisports kinda look

3 The game is published by nintendo

4 The game has 10 new sports which have a big variation

5 Every game in it is carefully selected why. Let's see

Kart = contester myth makers cart racing from popcorn entertainment ( from the famous ninjabread man)

Football ( I am european it's called football not soccer) = only game yet fifa 08 and soon pro evo 08 but are full priced games of just 1 thing

Figure skating = no contester

Curling = winter sports 2008 good contester

Beach Volleyball = no contester

archery = mario and sonic at the olympics archery = good contester

Super cross = nitrobike = could be a good contester specially due to online but again it's not a budget game and only has this in the game

Snowboard cross = ssx blur = a lot of people found blur to hard which did not make it pick up and play

Badminton = no contester

Basketball = nba 08 = was a very bad game according to reviews

I like to know your opinion after reading my post . Could this become the new wiisports ( after wiifit)

It won't be as popular and some of the sports seem meh but i will pick it up cause i like games that i can pick up and play at any given moment.

Im really looking forward to this title, it has alot of potential. IMO Wii sports is still the exemplar for motion controls in a game. The Wii needs more titles like it.

Nothing is going to be as popular as Wii Sports, but this game looks like it might do pretty well. It seems pretty much like what I'd wished Wii Sports would've been in the first place: the same it is now, but with much more content and some more depth.

Basketball and soccer, I might have to get this game. How much will it cost?

I thought it was meh at best. Curling was the only thing interesting in that clip.

Although I really enjoy playing Wiisports, now that I play it, the controls feel a bit inferior compared to later titles. I feel that if they make the same Wiisports with a tighter control scheme, I for one would be willing to buy it again.

hmm not many people seem intrested to respond on this. Shame.
I think if the marketing will be good this could get a million seller status.

if it plays good, maybe. As is, the names a turn off and i question the quality of the games.

Does it use the miis?

 I think hudson wanted mii use in it yes but it's not yet known.

depending on the controls and the quality of the title overall i would be very interested. unfortunately most 3rd party games are terrible and hopefully with nintendo publishing it they can keep a tight fist on it and it would play well.

most of the 10 games look good but wouldnt be interested in curling though
