Sony has provided a list of the ten best-selling PSN games and download content on PlayStation Network for 2011 to Game Informer. You may be surprised by the results.

Tetris, Resident Evil 4, and Infamous Festival of Blood make up the top three PSN titles. Meanwhile, Call of Duty map packs accounted for four of the top six best-selling paid content for the year. Both lists are ranked by units sold.

Here are the top 10 best-selling PSN Games of 2011 (digital games only, not full PS3 games):

  1. Tetris
  2. Resident Evil 4
  3. Infamous Festival of Blood
  4. Back to the Future: The Game - Full Series
  5. Dungeon Hunter: Alliance
  6. Castle Crashers
  7. Limbo
  8. Battlefield 1943
  9. Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection
  10. Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012

 

Below is the top 10 Paid Downloads from the PlayStation Store in 2011 (including paid PS Plus offerings):

No. PSN+ games just counted if you pay for them... not the free one... free games not counted in this list... discounted yes.

its actual not an expansion pack, as you dont need Infamous 2 to play it, it is its own little non-canon adventure. I think it was a smart decision and seeing it doing well cements
