This is a question for the moderators in charge of accounts. 

A friend of mine who is interested in joining the VG Chartz community is having some issues setting up his account.  When he selected "Lost Password" to get a new password after his original confirmation e-mail got marked as spam and deleted, it wouldn't let him log in at all even with the replacedment password provided (probably because the authorization e-mail got deleted since it was mistaken for spam). The account in question is Phantasia Knights.  As he can't post to the forums to ask, and isn't sure who to e-mail to ask about it, I offered to ask for him.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

There must've been a system glitch of some sort, I guess, as he informs me that the system won't let him register as either Phantasia Knights or PhantasiaKnights (he apparently tried both, and didn't even get a confirmation e-mail for the latter one). The accounts don't exist, but something in the system thinks they either do or did at one time. This is quite peculiar...

i cannot loggin to my old account, it took me 15 different attempts to start a new account and this one finally worked.

It was just after you added the money system, i was then kicked out of my account, then i tried to log back in, it told me invalid password and everything else. I tried multiple times no avail, i then decided to try the lost password, and that didnt work. Ive tried multiple accounts and finaly this one worked (dont know why...)

it happened yesterday or 2 days ago?

i used auto log in, so i never enter my password, but one day i came here and i wasnt logged in.  i tried what i thought my password was but it didnt work, and the lost password email sent me a password that didnt work either.

doesnt really matter that much to me anyways, my old account only had like 20 posts

Yeah my account was the same way. I did get a working password with the lost password button. Can anyone point me in the right direction of changing my password back to what it was before? I'll never remember this generated one.

ioi, when VGchartz sends me the e-mail, all it gives me is my username and some password. I try entering the password on the site and it does not work. I can't click on anything in the e-mail. Shouldn't there be a link in the e-mail below my username and the password it shows in the e-mail? because it is not in the e-mail. Please help me, I am very frustrated. 

So if you log out you can't log back in?
