I was just saying what he stated as reasonable was giving the def of shipped vs sold. Not sure what the original article said, but install base usually means in the hand of consumers and in use. That was all. |
Yeah I thought he was confused by those two statements and didn't realize he was referring to the install base quote which is something different again
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

Lol keep dreaming, you wont give up will you ?? lol
You really think that there´s >2m on shelves??
Man fanboys are absolutely badkids
so Microsoft will not drop the XBOX, It prints dollars... Shame on you shareholders..
So VGC is trying to claim 1.6million consoles for Xbox 360 still on shelves? Looks like the 360 beat the PS3 this year after all! Major undertracking would give the 360 another 800k-1.2million more than what VGC has them at!!
After adjustments, MS will have been right and Seece can modify his thread to show the Xbox 360 victory!

Except the average units on shelves for the 360 has been ~2 million (except 2010, which saw shortages). That and other tracking services aren't supporting any form of undertracking after our recent adjustments. So, unless Sony posted some crazy low shipment numbers, which they probably won't, it looks like the PS3 won.
