Soul Blade was even better actually, and it's true that the controls on touch screen may probably not be as good, but the game will still be a hit on the iOS if done correctly and can help the series

Not as good? Oh come on...I'm not one of those who hate a game just for being on the appstore, but Soul Calibur with no buttons it's like a car without steering wheel.
