Most of those games aren't actually going to be huge. And there are only 2 games I am looking forward to in that list.

No, as always, most big games will come out in November. Many of these November releases haven't been announced, or their exact launch date is unknown.

I'm interested in:

• Yakuza Dead Souls
• Silent Hill HD
• Silent Hill Downpour
• Resident Evil
• Ninja Gaiden 3

None are interesting to me in March but I'll probably get Mario Party 9, Tales of Graces F and Mass Effect 3 down the road.

XCOM got delayed, so that's one less.

For me, there is ONLY Mass Effect 3. Biggest event of this gen, imho.

Of all the games the OP listed, I bet Mass Effect 3 will be the only one that gets a metascore of 90 or higher (ie. "universal acclaim").

Sadly none of those interest me. I'm most excited for GTAV which will hopefully be Late April/Early May
