You say "this season" as if there will be more. I don't think there will be since it follows historical events.

I too hope Gannicus returns but I don't want him to die. He was very likeable.

I like Agron too, and that new Syrian (but Ashur is my absolute favorite. He seems to be a great actor too.). I hope they get into a romantic relationship.


This isn't the last season. Steven DeKnight already said that. There's no way of telling where the season actually ends. My thought is that it ends with the battle of Vesuvius and Glabber falling to Sparticus, as in real life.

Crixus and Onemeus die a year or two after that battle as per history, AFAIK. I imagine both characters should get 1-2 more seasons at least.

Oh, and if you are really worried, watch for the Scarab.

Wow, those are amazing news! Not the last season. I love this series so much.

(I put a spoiler warning in your post StickBall). What do u mean "watch for the Scarab"? Isn't a scarab like an Egyptian bug?

The scarab is an easter egg during the entire series. Certain characters marked for death will wear a scarab on their clothing in episodes. You have to be very careful to look for it. It will slowly crawl up their costume until it reaches the top of their clothing. In the episode that happens, they die.

He's going to become a much larger part of the show, IMO. As for lesbians, they are kinda hit-and-miss. You have a lot of bi-curious women in the show, though!


I hope Mensah will get a bigger role cause he was my favorite character in the first two seasons. But what I meant was about the wood scenes, there were two African and one white guy left (except of Liam of course), the black guys got killed and the white guy survided and met Spartacus again, it would be nice to establish more Black guys. And what I meant about lesbian was that there are some Bi-Sexual Girls but no real lesbian, on the other hand there wsa Barca who had a bigger role in the first season and the prequel and Agron is on his way to bang the syrian.

lol, as elequantly as you put it, i agree it looks like there will be something between Agron and the Syrian.

i think DeKnight said he was planning to have 5 seasons and would tell the whole life story of Spartacus. i've also heard them say in the past that they sometimes have too much story to fit into the script.

which is a good thing, i remember watching Smallville after the 4 season, the show become so repititive and tedious. i'm hoping Spartacus never turns into that kind of trash.

The old Naevia is beautiful, stunning and a great actor. The new one...meh, on all aspects.

Naevia is alright, but for me, it's all about Katrina Law (Mira).. I mean, she's Asian AND Italian. That is an awesome combo right there!

I wonder if they add Crassus in to the show.

He was the man who finally stooped Spartacus and was known to be the richest person to have lived in ancient times. He is well known for killing 1 out of ten of his soldiers if they ever retreated for battle. Seems harsh but it worked. Reason being soldiers started to fear Crassus more then Spartacus.

Nonetheless, Spartacus shook the Romans to the core and it took thier top leaders and armies to defeat him.

FYI, Episode 5 of Vengeance was indeed incredible. Notable characters died, along with lots of Romans. A lot of the deception built up in the first 4 episodes played out, as expected and unexpectedly in some situations.

Naviea got a little better in this episode.

Episode 6 looks 'good', but after what just happened, I imagine it'll be very plot-heavy as all the characters pick up the pieces from the last episode.
