Had spurge been lynched, he wouldnt have fulfilled his condition. Had moreno been lynched he would. Normally if spurge was town, game would have been over as it is assumed that the vote will never take out mafia, under any circumstance. Therefore day auto ends as only mafia can win.
With survivor, its possible to be lynched, or with a no lynch draa, nightkilled.

Sorry prof, but this had to be one of the worst setups to call a balance round. Town inactivity killed them early, but just about any three people put in mafia's shoes gives them the win.
