Spurge is not cleared unless I am actually killed today as he said I would be. Even then, it could have been a 3-man mafia team VS town, with me on the side. My death means town can't get a majority vote on mafia and they win. If it was only a 2-man team(and cop tied to mafia, deputy, watcher, AND tracker is a ton of power versus a 2-man team) then Baal gets lynched and town wins.
