Microsoft announced today a new entry in the Xbox 360's hardware lineup. Some time before the end of the year (which presumably means over the next four days, as even in Japan the year ends on December 31) Microsoft will release a 250 gigabyte Liquid Black 360 model that does not include Kinect. This Kinect-free model will sell for ¥29,800.

The 360 is currently available in three packages: a 4GB model, a 4GB model with Kinect, and a 250GB model with Kinect.

Hmm, that's a nice addition for people who don't care for kinect but still want a big HD. Good lineup now!

yeah like kowenicki said since when wasn't a 250gb console without kinect available? it was always on the market so this can be only for japan if they don't have a 250gb stand alone console until now.

and wow 29,800 yen is very expensive holy shit! i thought the yen is strong and they still have to pay so  much for an imported product? this is almost 300€ i have to pay 225€ for an xbox 360 250gb with gears 3 or so here at german amazon.

alright i get it,before this bundle,it was MHF+250GB version for 29880yen,and it (finally?)out of stock now,so back to normal 250GB maybe
