The studio has split, they are working on Last of Us and potentially Unkarted.

To me, this entire conversation means that they have already OR are about to receive PS4 dev kits of some form and begin their first game/engine for it.

They will work out a engine and simultaneously build a new game over 2012 and then focus on finalizing the game over 2013 with goal of launch window, (i.e. late 2013 or really early 2014).
