i really want to get and was wondering when its coming out

Why do you want to get it? It's a brand new franchise. You don't know if it's going to be good. What if it flops? Where's the hype? What's so special about it? Wait for the reviews, first.

it looks cool to me and a lot of other people.
We will buy it unless something major changes in the fundamentals of the way the game operates- which will not happen.
Physics based reactionary objects, all of which is user created, and shared is something new for consoles that has not been seen before.

they recently said full game in september - open beta prior to release(hopefully in summer)

I was looking at the 08 predictions page the other day, and I predicted something like 24 mil for the PS3, and yours was one of the only one that was higher.

Robbie :) anyways, I can't wait for LBP... I'll buy it regardless. IF it's a flop, it's a flop. My wanting to have LBP is more the curiosity at this stage.

 So brand new franchises are automatically poor now? Please dont tell me you actually base your entire purchasing decisions on reviews you read? Just because someone doesnt enjoy the game doesnt mean you wont either; all views are subjective.

 Back on topic, like most have said its september their aiming at but I dont expect them to hit it; cant wait for it though! Even most of my friends with 360's are wanting me to get it so they can play :P
